Rules for picking wildflowers
*) Never pick a lonely flower
*) Only pick ripe flowers that will pollenate as you take them away
*) Even if they don’t smell, smell them anyway
*) Free your eyes from the ground
A few more weeks have fallen into the past and left a smudgy stain as they pulled their memories away. I played some lovely shows with West of Utopia and then ventured forth in a less than traditional fashion, playing music where ever we could. We happily lit up camps, parks, riversides and city squares throughout Europe with an amalgam of sounds. It was beautiful, crazy, scary, surreal and real.
Now I am back in gorgeous Barcelona for a bit of time to enjoy the glorious summer here.
Tonight I am playing at Minusa as part of a fiesta. Anna Morely will be accompanying me on violin, melodica and percussion. We promise to make it lovely.
